Experienced, knowledgeable foreman responsible for leading their crew in the construction and installation of new residential and commercial landscapes & hardscapes.
- 3-5 years experience running and leading a crew of 2-3 employees.
- Installation of natural stone and paver patios.
- Installation of trees, shrubs and perennials.
- Installation of natural stone retaining walls and water features.
- Ability to efficiently operate skid loaders and other equipment.
- Good leadership skills and initiative.
- Experience with both residential and commercial installation projects.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Candidate needs to be organized and able to prepare daily paperwork for office.
- Candidate must have a CDL drivers license with clean driving record.
- Position also requires experience with snow removal operations.
- This is a full time year round position.
Compensation $15-18+ depending on experience
Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Foreman must be able to manage time efficiently, motivate crew members and know what it takes to get the job done. Must be familiar with commercial mowing equipment, correct pruning practices and have plant knowledge. Michigan pesticide license a plus. Very competitive wages and benefits.
Landscape Architect / Senior Landscape Design & Sales

The successful candidate will have a strong sales background with a minimum of 4 years experience in the design and construction of large residential and commercial projects. Should have experience in commercial project bidding and design/build of large water features and hardscapes. This individual must be honest, results oriented and have a clear understanding of the principles of business profit and cost effectiveness. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work and lead under pressure. Responsibilities also include team management and mentoring of entry-level design staff. Also desirable: Auto-CAD experience, problem solving skills, positive outlook, hands-on leadership style, customer contact experience.

Candidate should be someone who is confident with irrigation repair and install skills. Must be knowledgeable in timers/clocks, valves, heads, wiring, and be able to handle basic to advanced troubleshooting. Must have drivers license and good driving record. Must be able to handle other miscellaneous landscape jobs when there is irrigation down time.
